Howl's Moving Castle Review

Good morning,

I've just finished Howl's Moving Castle.

As a fan of the movie, I was sceptical about the book. I thought perhaps

it might change the movie for me, or ruin the anime a little. But I am so glad

my friend, K, bought it for me for Christmas. It was an absolutely lovely book, and

it actually made me love the wonderful Studio Ghibli movie even more.

The book was...charming. It took you out of your bed (or wherever you may read) and

into the sweet little town of Market Chipping where you follow Sophie through her adventures,

however dangerous they may appear to be.

It was such a delightful book, and I'm just so glad the copy I own is mine forever.

I highly recommend it :) Especially for fans of the movie.
