So my challenge sort of failed, I have to admit.
I think it's worse cutting out sugar all together, because then when I am faced with
a situation where I'm going with my family to a cake shop or something, I go overboard
because I've restricted myself all week. I think what needs to happen is that I cut back
on my refined sugar, but not cut it out completely.
However, I have successfully reduced the amount of flour in my diet quite significantly, and
have been able to go wheat free for a fair amount of time :)
My reading challenge is going well and I'm really enjoying Chocolat.
I think I'll go and read now :) After my homework of course...
