Day 12

Breakfast: Bagel with cream cheese

Snack: Nuts and an apple

Lunch: Rice cakes with Vegemite and PB

Snack: Small roast almond bar

Dinner: Homestyle baked beans and rice

Snacks: Dried fruit, organic popcorn, apple cinnamon bars (these have honey!! I only realised after I ate them! Major mistake!!)
