Breakfast: Fresh apple and oat muesli with soy yoghurt
Snack: Seaweed sakatas
Lunch: PB toasted sandwich
Snack: Apple and sesame bagel with Vegemite and Nuttelex
Dinner: Homemade baked beans and vegies
