Day Twenty three

Breakfast: Apple

Snacks: Jelly beans, apple, strawberries

Lunch: Carrot and hummus

Snacks: Toast with nuttelex & vegemite, dark chocolate

Dinner: Vegetable and tofu roast

Snacks: Chips, soy ice cream

Snacking!! Ahhh! But I did jog for 20 minutes today!
AND it's HOLIDAYS!
